Advice Meeting

In order to give you advice, we invite you to request an advice meeting with one of our lawyers. The cost of the advice meeting depends on its duration. We kindly ask you to request:

  • A one and a half hour in person or online meeting (€400)  for more complex cases, such a objection and appeal cases where we must review a large volume of evidence and for parental reunification cases.
  • A one hour in person or online meeting (€290) for complex cases, such as general objections and appeals, withdrawal of residence permits, permanent residence, and naturalization.
  • A half-hour online meeting (€180) for partner visas, switching purpose of stay, and for general advice.

Handling your Application

If you decide to assign Mynta Law to handle your legal process, we charge a fixed fee depending on the type of application, objection or appeal based on an average hourly rate of EUR 230.

1. Eligibility check

Mynta Law is a specialized law firm and does not offer advice outside our areas of expertise.

To determine if we can assist you, please complete our intake form and describe your situation to us in detail. If your matter is beyond our scope, we will refer you to our referrals page.

2. Choose your meeting details:  

Request an advice meeting by choosing a preferred date and time. Your request will be approved based on your eligibility and our availability. To confirm the meeting, you must pay the associated fees.

3. Confirmation of Assignment:  

As a final step, you may assign Mynta Law to handle your application, objection, or appeal process.

Your lawyer will offer a fixed-fee quote based on our standard hourly rate of EUR 230. The hours we charge depend on the type and complexity of your case.
