Arend van Rosmalen, LL.M.

Arend van Rosmalen is partner and co-founder of Mynta Law. Arend is specialized in corporate immigration law, Dutch nationality law, and European law. His clients are Dutch and foreign companies, expats in the Netherlands, and (ex-) Dutch citizens abroad. Arend counsels his clients on their applications for residence and work permits, but also litigates in complex immigration and nationality cases. Arend has appeared before all the Dutch immigration courts as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Arend is proficient in Dutch and English.
