Iseult Browne, LL.M.
Background
Iseult Browne joined Mynta Law in February 2024. She obtained her undergraduate degree in law from Trinity College Dublin, following which she worked for three years as a judicial researcher for the Supreme Court of Ireland. Iseult moved to the Netherlands in 2021 to complete an LL.M in Public International Law at Utrecht University.
Iseult speaks English and Irish fluently and is learning Dutch.

Iseult takes a methodical and detailed approach to her work and is very motivated by the prospect of helping her clients. She has worked on cases resulting in successfully obtaining the following types of residence permits/statuses:
• Permanent residence (Dutch Indefinite, EU Long-term);
• Stay with family (spouse, unmarried partners or child);
• Self-employment under the Dutch-American Friendship Treaty ;
• EU testing and verification (for partners of EU citizens);

• Economically inactive for people who have obtained EU Long Term status in another EU Member State;
• Brexit (permanent) permit;
• Article 8 ECHR (stay with non-EU family member);
• Humanitarian non-temporary
